Bishop Paul Leeland communicated with our entire Western NC Conference recommending all churches suspend public worship for the next two Sundays. These measures are being suggested at the recommendation of health officials with the hope that we might help slow the rate of infection of the COVID-19 virus. While it is always disappointing to cancel worship services and other church activities, Biltmore UMC recognizes the need to adhere to this recommendation. We hope and believe that by following this recommendation we are doing our part to keep people well – not just us, but neighbors everywhere. This means all Sunday activities (both worship services and Sunday School) are canceled for the next two weeks (March 15th and 22nd).
